The grid tied sma 6kw inverter produces 4,9kw, with 5,8kw panels installed on the same roof.
The 12 panels is split 6 x 6. 2xmppt, As you can see out of the graph, it only generates approximately 8 A per string in total 3800 W maximum. It must be at least 5,400w
There must be something wrong........ any suggestions please

I had the same problem - it was being clipped to 3.8Kw. Turns out it was a software bug. After a firmware upgrade it allowed over 3.8Kw and when SOC got to 100% it limited the PV input to the inverter to 3.8Kw
