F55 - DC_VoltHigh_Fault

Got this error on an install: F55 - DC_VoltHigh_Fault

8kw unit, single phase, NO battery installed.

Grid voltage was good, grid freq was good - there was actually MORE solar (voltage, current & power) the day before without issue.

So what causes this?

Is it a Battery voltage high? (dont have a battery)

Is it a PV voltage high?

Running 9 panels in 3 strings - Voc 51.4, Vpp 43.2

With 9 panels its 462Voc & 388Vpp

At 2:30ish - are you charging the batteries from the grid?

If the temperatures are getting down to 0, have a look at the app anddo a graph to show the actual battery temperature reported by the battery, assuming you have the temperature sensor configured. If he battery temperature is actuall dropping down to 0 then the BMS will stop the inverter from charging the battery. Itcould bethis event that has something to do with your issue.
