Sunsynk App poor implemenation
The app is not as good as one would expect.
Key to me is that the visual flow diagram is soooo slow to update, when I turn on a kettle.or my immersion heater it can take upto 4 minutes to update. I have installed a MiEnegy Solar Diverter and their app display updates within 4 Seconds (the sensor coils are side by side) so I have assumed it Iis the Sunsynk app which has to communicate with the Sunsynk Server then back to the Inverter returing info to the server before this can in turn update the app! What we need is a bit more hardware/intelligence at our end to negate any issues/outages on the Sunynk Servers.

The data in the Sunsynk app and web portal is not 'live' data, it updates every five minutes. You can change this to one minute with a request to SS, but the one-minute updates only apply to the data in the 'Equipment' section, not the 'Plant' section. For live data you need to view the screen on the inverter itself, which updates within a few seconds of any changes. Your solar diverter (a MyEnergy Eddi) also gives a near instantaneous readout.
