My system went live two days ago. Here are my first impressions. 1. Graph axis descriptions such as "I-ac-1" are presumably meaningful to somebody, but not to me. 2. There's plenty of information for installers, but no "How to get started" video for users. I found a video of how to use the web interface, but it gave no indication of where to find it. I eventually managed to track it down at https://www.sunsynk.net/plants, but it really shouldn't be that hard.

3. Time axes should be delineated in reasonable units like 10 or 30 minutes, rather than bizarre units like 11 or 35 minutes.

4. I like the power flow chart, apart from the indecipherable symbol above the inverter. I moved the cursor over it but no text appeared. From the spout on the left I'm guessing it's a teasmaid?

5. The refresh period on the web version of the power flow chart is either inordinately long, or the web page isn't refreshing automatically. Reloading the page by pressing F5 restores the readings to reality, but doing nothing means that 20 minutes later the readings have not changed, which is both misleading and a bit rubbish.
