Sunsynk Data Logger LED meaning?
Hello All, My plant has been showing as Offline since Saturday, 17/Dec towards the evening UK time. I checked the inverter and it looks perfectly fine and all the devices at home have Internet. I checked the data logger, and the LEDs light up occasionally. The Red LED seems to be blinking more or less uniformly. The Greed LED seems to light up and go off at longer intervals. I made a short video roughly showing the LEDs and tried uploading it, but there is a 50MB file size limit so I could not. If I manage to make it smaller than 50MB I will edit the post again.
I looked at the user manual and also tried searching online, but there does not seem to be any information on what do the different modes of LED indicate. I would appreciate any information about it. This system has been working fine like this for over a year without any connectivity issues unless there was some maintenance, but I have not heard anything about maintenance this weekend, so I am a bit concerned.
I guess It was some sort of a maintenance or an outage anyway because it came back up around 2 AM this morning. I really wish that Sunsynk will start announcing maintenances and outages with emails or at least some push notifications through the app. The only thing I have heard from them was when they migrated the regions and that was only because I saw some post somewhere. I did not receive anything direct to my account.
