Sunsynk inverter not working as intented
HI - I Had my System commissioned yesterday but the app for the sunsync is not showing connected from the inverter side but the gateway is fine.
Also looking at the panel it seems the power is not flowing ? the battery does seem to have gained some charge tho as u can see the 1st pic is at 11am and the other at 4pm - But nothing is going to the house. Im not sure what the istalled did wrong, and nor do they!.

Interesting. You max charge rate is 20A, about 1kwh. I have 2 batteries and mine's 40A. I think they are too low. The fact you see this screen, your battery is talking properly
