Technical Support

So, I am guessing I'd have to send in thefv inverter for repairs but I want to pick someone's brain about the situation, we just had an electrical storm and lightning struck the ground nearby, so, the inverter had the over current fault code appear, we switched off the inverter, disconnected all the panels, batters and isolators. After the storm had passed, I the switched on everything thing again and got an error code F34. I switched everything off again, wanted about 30min and switched everything on again, no error codes but now there is no Ac output, does this mean there is damage to the inverter?

It's a 16kva inverter with 3 5kw batteries, SOC is at 81%.
