System stopped working

My system seems to have stopped working. The batteries have plenty of charge but I am not using it. The inverter seems to have got the wrong date in it. It thinks it’s 1st June.

It is possible that the system lost it time because the Sunsynk server were down yesterday. You will need to reset it on the inverter.

When you go on the SunSynk Connect app and look at the Plant Info, what is the Time Zone set to.

You can also look at this on the phone app by touching the 3 dot ellipse to the right of the plant name, select Edit and check the Time Zone. If this is not set correctly the time of the system will not sync correctly.

Using this feature does require you to have the "Sync" option selected. This is how my system is configured and I do not have any time issues.

If you do not have the "Sync" option selected, the system is not affected by the Sunsynk server issues, but you will have to monitor the time yourself as it will drift.
