G100/2 form B request
Hi, I'm in the process applying/notifying National Grid of an upcoming installation and they've requested a completed CLS – G100/2 Form B’ (available from the Manufacturer). Can you direct me to where I can fnd this for the 12kW Solar PV (SUNSY/12287/V1/A3).

That form is not applicable here. If NG has requested it then one of your previous forms was filled incorrectly.
