Load draw from grid & PV, nothing from batteries, despite batteries full
2 X Sunsynk 12Kw 3fase in parallel. System settings: Limit to home & Priority Load selected. Batteries are 100% full. AC Load required +/- 4Kw. PV +/- 2Kw. Problem: AC Load takes 2Kw from PV & 2 Kw from Grid & nothing from batteries. (Grid charge for this timeslot un-ticked. Question: why is AC shortage taken from grid and not the batteries?
