Technical Support

Yesterday, installers came to install a new panel (because I got hail damage from that bad hail two weeks ago). After they left I saw my app no longer works.

I went to try and connect to the dongle to re-link my dongle to the wifi - but I can't even pick up the dongle at all on my phone. I have contacted the installer and waiting for someone to come back to me - but was hoping someone here could help me resolve it in the meantime. Thanks
