SERVICE ERROR
Hi. I am unable to log into my sunsynk app. I just keep getting 'service error'.
Can anyone suggest a fix or a cause.

Appear to be able to log in to the app and see my plant, but data stops at 16:15 (now 17:40). What is even more anoying is that the 16:00 pre-programmed 50% battery discharge to grid (Octopus Flux) didn't happen.
This is more than the app not working.
Does anybody from SunSynk or anybody with contacts in SunSynk read the posts on this forum?
