Sunsynk 5kW Hybrid missing the 'Normal' light- commisioning issue

We have installed a 5kW Sunsynk inverter on a site in South Africa.

Its installed with no battery (Lithium battery is on order), but we are wanting to use it as a grid tied inverter in the mean-time.

The system is on (shows ON in top right of screen but doesn’t have the ‘Normal’ LED lit up and doesn’t generate any PV.

It shows 285V per solar string (6x 400w PV panels per MPPT) but doesn’t generate any wattage.

The CT clamp also doesn’t seem to read anything, despite power running through it- measured with clamp meter.

Lastly, the On/Off button underneath the inverter doesn’t seem to have any effect- its currently ON and lit up, but when switched off, nothing changes- is this On/Off a battery disconnect maybe?

The no-battery option is selected.

I would love any advice to resolve and get it up and running.

Thanks

I have just experienced the exact same with "no-battery" operation. Even though the "no-battery" option is enabled, the "normal light" stays off but the battery status shows about 10V with no battery installed? It shows grid Voltage and Hz but no AC Wattage even though there is about400W going through the inverter Load connection.... I also stuggled to clear F13 fault but eventually got it removed trying to reset a few times. Will see tomorrow when sun is up what it does with PV but I suspect the same challenge.....
