How is it all connected, there will be a very short interruption (10-20ms ) when UPS loads are transferred (When grid is available inverter is running parallel with the grid and when grid disappears, grid relay opens, but that means for few ms's there might be interruption on UPS output). Normally interruption this short should not be noticeable by any device (most UPSes work the same way).
