F33 AC Over Current fault

Hi, i have a an issue and the error code is F33, power goes down then recovers then comes back up and does that again until grid power is back despite there being power coming from generator while grid is off and this issue just started, its been working fine for a while, i have 2 x 12kw 3 phase connected in parallel, is there anyway you can login to check this and advise me or perhaps a firmware upgrade is needed on both machines? i have the ids and logger details if needed 2301126277 master and slave is 2301120316
