Battery discharge level too high
Hi,
My battery (Pylon 5kw) is only discharging down to 32%.
It is set as: Shutdown 10%, Low Batt 10%, Grid Start 15%
In system mode the Battery SOC varies but is 20% across morning peak and 15% across evening peak, but in each case, the battery will discharge to 32% and after that load is met from the grid.
Any advice on which setting is preventing the battery discharging below 32% gratefull received.

Communication needs to be fixed regardless of that, without it inverter can't tell the battery SoC and only makes a guess.
