"Sunsynk Users & Installers" Facebook page
Hi,
I have been trying to join the above Facebook page for the last 2 days and after I select Join and answer the questions appropriately it changes to Pending. I wait and some time later the flag changes back to Join, and not Visit. This has been going on numerous times for 2 days.
I opened a Chat with Sunsynk support and was advised to phone the UK support number 0151 832 4300.
I phoned this and asked for Nikki as she is one of the administrators for the group. She wasn't available.
I was told that the "Sunsynk Users & Installers" Facebook Group is not run by Sunsynk and to contact the administrators!
There are 37k and it seems to be the most active group.
Are others able to join this group?

On 13th March I put a ticket in saying that I had still not been able to join the group - that I was repeatedly declined. On 21st March I got a response from a call centre agent saying "Please could I ask you to request to join once more, I have asked my colleague Christian to look out for your request and authorise it for you!" with apologies (thank you). I tried many times to join during the day and bingo - this morning (22nd March) I was accepted. So the group is run by Sunsynk (see admin people on the group) but I don't know why it was so difficult for me to join.
