0W from the grid
Hi, I have contacted my installer but they haven't been able to fix an issue we currently have.
Our power flow is currently showing no electricity being pulled in from the grid and it has been like this since before Christmas. I have turned off and on but this appears to have had no effect.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated especially as we are trying to manage our battery usage between 4pm-7pm when electricity is at its most expensive.

I see in the picture you sent that your grid supply is off. The AC green led should be on.
