Battery drains beyond limits every 5 days

I asked an engineer who often works with syncsynk to review the settings. He says my original issue of the battery suddenly draining was misleading and it down to the fact the software doesn't report a gradual overnight drain of the battery properly. So when the battery is at the minimum percentage, it will stop supplying the house, but it will carry on slowly draining a tiny amount each hour. After 8-12 hours this adds up to a few percent and the battery monitoring software finally notices and reports it as a sudden drop of 3-4%

5kw Sunsynk battery, 5kw Sunsynk inverter and 4.8kw solar panels were installed at the start of October and it works as expected (setup is solar to go to house load and then charge the battery, then for battery to discharge when the house load is more than the solar down to 22% battery).
My issue is that every 5 days the battery drains and off loads the power to the grid down from 22% to 6-9%. This has now happened every 5 days since it was installed. The installers don't know why. See picture from the app showing the event. Any ideas?
Cool. I'm going to try the same on mine too and tick all the grid charge boxes. Please report back your findings :)
