Good day.

I installed a 12kw 3-Phase inverter for a client on a Freedom Won 30/24 lite battery unit.

The problem i have is once the grid power goes off we get a F18 error code and the inverter shuts down foe 2 minutes then restart. And seem to run normally again.

Then once the grid power comes back on we get the F18 error code agin and the inverter does the same by shutting down and restarting 2 mintes later and operate normally again.

Now the client has been without grid power for 18 hours and we started the generator and now we dont get charge onto the battery and it keepsshowing battery low voltage error and the inverter keeps starting load for 60 seconds and then shuts down for 60 seconds before starting the process all over again.

Please assist
