Battery Isolator Tripping

I have a single phase 8kW hybrid inverter and two 5.36KW SunSynk batteries and the last few days I have had multiple times where the battery isolator has tripped. The isolator is rated at 125A and the charge and discharge was set to 100A. It seems to be tripping on charge from the grid and so I have changed that to 90A but still hasn't helped.
I can't think what the problem could be apart from maybe a faulty fuse isolator?
Anyone got any suggestions? Some photos attached for reference.

From thephoto it would seem that you cable to the inverter 25mm cable (it could be 35mm) but either way it is to small to handle the allowed maximum of 190A. Sure you can limit the current that the inverter can use, but normally you would use a large capacity cable from the isolator to the inverter.
