Use Grid during low battery condition and Aux output to feed geyser during surplus PV

We have sucessfully configured the system with 5.5kW inverter, Freedom Won 5kVAH and 3.3 kWp panels.

To avoid drawing too high power the hot water element was changed to 2kW.

Operation:

During the night the SoC drifts down until 35%.

The Grid cuts in and holds it at that value.

As PV power increases, it takes over from the grid.

Once the SoC reaches 95% and more than 1kW PV is available, Aux switches on.

The PV is unable to provide all the power and requires the battery until the SoC drops to 70%.

Aux cuts out until SoC rises to 95% and Switches on again.

Settings:

CT zero export power.

Battery settings "Activate battery" & "Grid charge"

System mode:

Alll settings.

Times from 00:00 to 24:00

Power 5000, Battery SoC 35%

Auxiliary load settings:

Solar power 1000W

Aux load off Batt 70

Aux load on Batt 95%
