Recommended discharge current for Pylon US5000 4.8kWh batteries

I have a Sunsynk 5kw inverter and 2 Pylon US5000 4.8kWh batteries, currently the inverter is set to charge and discharge the batteries at 40 Amp, and with 49V, the maximum power I can get out of the batteries is 1.96kw, which is not enough to run the dishwasher.

I wonder if it is OK to increase the discharge current and what is the recommended discharge current, and is it affected by the batteries are connected (parallel vs. serial)?

My battery setup settings is as follows:

Here's the manual for those batteries, it tells you the max continuous, short term and instantaneous current That's per battery, so double it for your two in parallel. (You can't connect these in series; the BMS wont work, as the manual explains). Also guides you on max current allowed in the cables.
