Adding an old device to a new plant.
Hi guys, a client had a Sunsynk 5KVA Installed with another brand of battery. The previous installer aparently does not have access to the device on the app anymore. I added another 5KVA Sunsynk Inverter, with 4 Sunsynk 5.3KW batteries, which I'm setting up as the master, with the old device as the slave. I can access the settings on the old inverter, but can not add it to the plant, it is bound. How do I unbind it and add it to the new plant I created?
