Hi I thought I'd just pass this on after I posted last week about charging and discharging rates dropping off I contacted sunsynk through the chat in the app. Both the inverter and the batteries needed an update and the difference in the performance is amazing -2 last night and they charged to 98%. They were slowing down to 450 watts at 70% previously now 3000+ consistently goes in.

I enquired about how to ensure the software is kept up to date and I was told to contact them again in 4-5 months.
