Graph / Totals for utility/grid consumption not available
I have a Sunsynk-5K-SG01LP1. It is installed only for backup power when the utility falls away. My loads are split into two, one being supplied from the inverter's Load connection (essentially the Backup load, everything that will be supplied by the battery), and the remaining loads between the inverter supply and CT from the Grid (I believe according to the picture below it would be the On-Grid Home Load )
I don't have smart load (Aux port) connected.
What I'm looking for is my total consumption from the Grid, per day. I don't seem to have any data for this. The only place i can see my load from the grid, is on the Custom Graph, to add the P-External-CT-L1 as below
And this custom graph don't have daily totals, I can only view one day at a time.
Question: Should this P-External-CT-L1 reading be negative? is the CT installed the correct way round?
The data displayed for "Grid" and "Load" are exactly the same.
Question: Is this correct? I expected the Load to be from the inverter, and Grid to be total power from the grid.
Expanding the Grid graph "more" option shows the P-Ext_CT, but with no value, as if it doesn't read the CT data with the load data.
Question: Since the CT is reading (As seen on the custom graph), is there some setting or config to get it included in the "Grid" data?
The Deye app have this data available as a Daily Consumption. The Deye version also have a function to download data.
Question: Is there a way to export any of data from the logger to analyze/manipulate further in excel?
Thanks!

Yes that is perfect. The fact that the power to the UPS isa negative value and the CT: value is also negative would suggest that the CT coil is in the wrong direction. A -ve value to the UPS makes no sense. It does point to the CT being connect in the wrong direction. You can easinly confirm this without changing the CT connection, by just unclipping the CT and reverse it. The above values should now be +ve values and it should now show the right values. If you are not sure you can just change it back. If it makes you fell any better, the CT on my inverter has the wires reversed from the factory an the CT operating in reverse (the arrow is pointing in the wrong direction) as I did not want tochange the wired connections.
It also looks like you have 'Zero Export' ticked and 'Limit to load' ticked on the System mode/System2 screen (LCD). Could you attach an image of that screen for confirmation.
