Getting feedback on a faulty invertor.
I send a faulty invertor back more than a month ago and numerous emails calls etc and no one is getting back to me.
Most the numbers i am given just go to voice or says mailbox is full ? My client is offgridd and its critical to get this sorted.
PLease can someone here give me any advice ?
