Grid problems and battery
We finaly got the inverter and battery playing nicely. ecco 3.6 and new range of battery. The problem appeared to be that we would power up that would trip the rcbo to the inverter. The battery kicked in and all we saw was a Ct clamp that appeared faulty. We learned that the ac light is your friend.
so we have run it for several weeks great with the battery set to charge from grid. i then decided to turn that off and let the battery run down until its limiter cut in. In the middle of the night alarms started sounding and the whole lot got turned off. On turning back on there appeared no way to clear the fault. In a fit of stupid i reset the inverter. I now have a system where the battery is providing 35w out but should have shut down. The grid is providing nothing. Ct clamps checked etc. restarted evertthing a few times but cannot get things back to normal. Also i note the normal light refuses to light.

We have since emailed your company as the unit is faulting and the can connector is hanging off due to a lack of solder (none). Hopefully they will contact us, ps we are the installer,
