Hi

I have (had) an open order at Segen for 2 x BYD batteries (1 each for 2 different customers) and received a call today saying they are no longer available but they have CATL batteries as an alternative (at a significant price increase and require wall mounting brackets).

When pressed they suggested that the BYD batteries are no longer available - which is a nightmare as 1 of those batteries was to add capacity to an existing customer.

Is it true that the BYD batteries are now end of life and any suggestions on how to upgrade existing users who want more capacity?
