Over the past weeks the app has been somewhat dodgy, and it is even worse now because it is not registering data. What is going on?

Over the past weeks the app has been somewhat dodgy, and it is even worse now because it is not registering data. What is going on?
Well, it seemsto be up and fully functional now, been ok since the 8th week in March, Still no data for the 3 thu 7 March, just blank.
