The app has been down for most of the day.
There has been no acknowledgment from Sunsynk of a problem, let alone a progress update.
as It’s been promoted by its CEO, isn’t this the ideal place to keep Sunsynk owners and installers informed of issues?
How many customers are out there at the moment thinking that the problem is with their own system?
Is there any point to this forum if Sunsynk can’t even provide a modicum of customer support for its users?
