Enhancements to the App

Hi, i am sure I am not the only one that would like the following features. Firstly, our Inverter is in the garage on the other side of the house, and if there is a fault or alarm on the inverter, we never hear the alarm. Why does the alarm/fault not send notification to the phone app? I received it ONCE, but have 5 faults on the inverter. Secondly, in South Africa we have what is known as load shedding. I occasionally get a message Connection to grid lost. Now as my wife and I both use the app, this message sometimes arrives on my phone, sometimes on her phone, and sometimes never. We use the same login so I assumed we should both get the message. On the other side we NEVER get a message RE-CONNECTED TO THE GRID - why not ? Thirdly, I have logged into the web based system , which appears to just be a replica of the phone app. What i would like to be able to do, is download stats, into a speadsheet so we can see ongoing performance of the system , not only be able to see day to day, and be able to compare days/months etc.

Hopefully I am not alone in this "wish" list.

Maybe look at getting Solar Assistant…you have real-time data and historical data to your hearts content. You get views on 22 different metrics.


Although no notifications just yet but its in the pipeline to be available.


There is a visible sign for Load Shedding with the current and next time slot. Plug disconnects when Grid is not available and plug connects when Grid is available.


SS App is great but the 5min snapshots didnt work fot me.
