Is there a way to condition the battery
I’ve noticed recently that my battery is charging normally to around 40-50%, then jumping to 100% and then similarly on discharge is jumping down to 20%. Is there a way to condition the battery to resume normal charging or do I have a more serious issue?

Really strange to see this with a SunSynk Battery.
Under Settings (wheel icon), select Battery, ensure you have Lithium and CAN selected.
Re the BMS, either need to confirm the comms cable is connected between inverter (CAN) and battery.
Or on the inverter if you select Settings icon, then you have Li BMS option.
Select it and you should have a screen with batt voltage, current, temp etc.
that indicates BMS is functioning.
Good to see if you have SOH (State of Health) of battery.
If a screen of lots of numbers (repeated rows), then BMS is not functioning.
