Low load efficiency?

What are the risks of over-sizing the inverter? E.g. the 5k model only has max 35A / 8000W AC continuous passthrough. I assume passthrough means it can take current from the GRID input and add it/extend the output on the LOAD (essentials/backup output). If I were concerned all my plugs circuits connected to LOAD / essential could on rare occasions exceed 8000W (and more likely if off-grid with just 5000W), I could mitigate this by getting the 8K model, but then my average load would be quite low and near the 10% capacity on average. At what load percentage does the 5K and 8K model drop below 90% efficiency? I've read that most inverters struggle to be efficient at low load levels. It's great to see the efficiency curve has been included in the install manual. However, the efficiency graph below 10% is not shown.

The quiescent current is the power that the inverter uses when nothing is connected to it just running itself. As you get closer to 0 power if you plot it as a ratio then of course efficiency will be poor, but this is an incorrect figure
