Connecting to app
Since a series of misadventures I have lost connection with the app.
In November 23 Octopus disconnected my solar panels from the inverter whilst fitting a Smart Meter.
The app continued to work ( but showing nonsense because of the above) and I believe I managed to change Regions when needed in November.
The panels were reconnected in March 24 by which time the app had gone dead. It was said the dongle had failed.
I got a new dongle in June and fitted it myself and followed the instructions to connect to my WiFi, I had got a new WiFi provider in the interim.
I think I am connected to the WiFi the red and green lights on the dongle are on and not blinking. The app on my phone gets NO data from the inverter but does show the correct date and weather data.
Any ideas?
