Grid disconnected

I have installled two hybrid inverters(12kw each) wih 3pieces of Jinko batteries (3x5kwh). The system had a fault with the phase sequencing. Once this is solved the power from the grid were able to supply to the load together with PV. after some hours the grid disconnected and couldn't reconnect. But there was many fluctuations before the grid goes OFF . I would like to know what are the possible causes for the grid to disconnect and not be able to reconnect? Thanks

The graph show doe not really show that the Grid is disconnected. Can you take a picture of the LCD screen including the LED above the display. Change the screen to the System Flow Chart before taking the picture. Thne, could you tap the graph on the above image to select a time on the graph. A black will apear showing the time. It will then update all the values above the graph representing the values at thet point in time. Could you then attach a copy of the graph. I appreciate that this does not directly answer you question, but it will provide me with some moe information.
