Parralleling questions
Couple of questions I am hoping someone can answer:-
1) Parrallel system with 4 strings of pv 2 stings on each inverter all strings identical....simples - I am happy with this...what gappens if I switch off one string? This would mean one inverter would be completely out of balance with the other.........is the system inteligent enough to cope with this....and what are the implications of running with 3 strings......
2) When connecting the parrallel communications cable - does the master populate the settings on the other inverter........or do I have to physically program the inverter in an identical manner....Keith briefly touched on it ..... to me it looks like I have to program it.
3) Timing settings for battery charging etc once system is running.......does the master cable sync. things. So when the system is running if i change the master charge timings.... do I then have to do the same on the slave?
4) Is it ok to pre program the inverters by - powering them up on mains with a simple 13a fused plug - but with everything else disconnected?
5) 1st switch on - is there a delay before the inverter switches on?...... I know both inverters need to start together I assume when you press the start on the master.....you have a few seconds to press the slave on switch.
Sorry for the numb questions hope you can help.

Just check on the minimum voltage required for the MPPT. I seem to recall that the MPPT requires a minimum voltage before it works. I am sure it was just over 200 volts. There are a couple of posts about it.
