Maximise solar capacity use for battery charging

Does anybody know if there is a setting to maximise the use of available PV power to completely charge batteries? I use the timer settings on the system mode menu to ensure there is an adequate charge to overcome rolling blackouts ("load-shedding"), but the system stops charging when it reaches the target value charge in the timer settings, even though there is excess PV power available.
I would like to think there is a simple setting to fully utilise PV power. Any suggestions?

During the 2 periods circled, the batteries are discharging to supplement PV in meeting your load. As others have said - batteries reach 100% later in the day.
