Hubble BMS on AM5 doesn't seem to provide the correct info to the Sunsynk 5kw inverter

Hi there, I have 2 installs. One is an 8kw unit running on 2x Blue Nova batteries, and this system works 100% and is connected to the can bus. Both batteries charge to 98% and then stay there . The second install is a 5kw unit running 2x Hubble AM5 batteries. On the Hubble system, we have had to have the Hubble guy get onto the batteries, flash them, and then in another session, tell the batteries that they were full, etc, as they showed 78% of the charge when at rest. The batteries then, for a long time, showed 100% charge. The other day, I was informed that the Hubbles were back at the 70's mark. These batteries are all connected to the can bus, LiBMS confirms their connectivity, voltage and current ( 2 x 100) and solarassistant confirms the same data from the serial ports of the batteries. Now, surely if the system is connected to the can bus, the inverter should be using the voltage, etc, set by the can bus data? I have attached some screenshots of the data. I'm tired of messing around with this install; what gives? Is anyone else experiencing this kind of issue? I've even run the batteries down to shutoff voltage and let them recharge in case it's a balancing/cycle issue

Cheers, John

BMS should be sending correct values to the inverter, so it looks like BMS is not configured correctly.
