Good Day Sunsynk i have a client with 12kw Sunsynk and just want to find out could anyone assist in upgrading the firmware remotely client is running 1x Hubble am 10 if no issues just thinking the new firmware would add a better performance as it takes away old glitches

Currently you need to go online and fill in the application to have the firmware updated remotely by support
You need to have a Sunsynk account to request the upgrade

It is interesting that they have a video to show you how to do it with Sunsynk Connect, but they dod not tell you where to get the file that you need to upload to the inverter :-(
