How to use the Octopus Flux feature
Sunsynk have sent me the step by step guide, with a note printed in RED 'Please note, the octopus flux feature is still currently in the beta testing stages' . The step by step guide is different to my Sunsynk App and the step1 does not even commence. Octopus advised me it is a Sunsynk connection issue, and to contact them. Sunsynk Customer Services have been singularly unhelpful, nobody in that department has the curtesy to even call me dispite several requests.
Such advanced technology is well out of my comfort zone. Has anyone experienced this challenge or able to guide me along since Sunsynk wont, please.

I would never have had these Sunsynk batteries installed if i had known I would need some kind of degree to get my head around it all. Feels like a big waste of money and get no help from Sunsynk or my installers. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Trying to work out the settings is a minefield.
