Smart system setup and teething problems
Pls assist in understanding if my system, installed by Zero Point Energy is correct 12kw 3 phase with 2x 10.65kw batteries, grid tied, 16 540w panels, one array 9 ppanels Nw, one array 7 panels, north. Daily usage 42kw, 49 beigb highest, dont have info on highest spike, recentrly having 2,5 hrs loadshedding daily. Batteries set to only drain to 70 percent, as backup needed wheb loadshedding or cabletheft , dont knw if this is good for patteries, would like grid to work less, and batteries to work more, was told by Sandile that this will damage the system.
