5.32Kw Master battery ALM and charge status lights flashing
I noticed that my master battery ALM and charge status lights are flashing. Also the 3.6kw inverter is not outputing it's full output, if fact only about 1 batteries capacity. (I have 2 in parallel) I there a proceedure to reset the battery stack before I contact installer/SunSynk?

Have you restrated the batteries and the inverter?
Is the LiBMS screen reporting the status of he battery correctly confiring that the comms is working properly?
