Odd saw toothing of SOC, SOC drops very quickly on battery

SunSynk 8kw, AM-2, CANBUS as per docs. 3 weeks old.
I was watching TV and my power dropped out, meaning, the storm tonight threw out eskom, i didn't notice the switch over, but looking at the graphs, the system only functioned for 30 minutes, where it should be doing at least 3-4 hours.
Further digging bought up some interesting pictures

The power actually flaked out twice, the last dip to 60% was me testing. My settings are set to 30%. The power outages were the 75% drop, the below 40% drop, and the 60% drop, the rest is all just saw toothing.
I also noticed afterwards that the Li BMS screen is showing alarm: 0x0C and 0x00, but it is reporting temps, SOC, Volts, etc etc. But i can't find a description of the codes on any manual. That would help.
I've turned the battery on and off and replugged the RJ45, and i can activate and deactive the battery to the usual effect, but something is going weird!
Any ideas?
Problem can also be that your bms need a firmware update, or maybe the inverter itself?
