Technical Support

I currently have manager access to allow me to change inverter settings via the app but I am led to believe that you need advanced access to get into the gateway settings to change the poll/update settings to less than the 5 minutes default.

My installer has checked and can only give me manager access so how do I get admin access or how do I access the gateway settings?
