I recently had a 5kW Inverter and 5kWh battery. In reading the inverter manual I saw this:

I had a look at my installation and this is not the earth setup used by my installer:

I followed up I got the following response re. the following picture:

"We mostly do it inside the inverter for neatness, it doesn't have any excess wires on the outside in this case.

and the bridge (marked in green pen ) and other wires (marked in red pen) in the photo serve the same purpose. it is all wired to a common earth point inside the AC DB of the inverter"

My questions:

1. Is the this earthing approach valid?

2. Will it affect my warranty if the earthing in not done in accordance with to the manual?
