About a week ago, our inverter kept sending notifications disconnecting and connecting to the grid, every few seconds. On Monday 9Dec, the notifications stopped, The app shows the house drawing 0 watts, grid 0 watts PV supply 27watts. these. It was found that if we cut the power from the grid, the PV jumped up to produce full power. Reconnecting the Grid, everything went back to zero.
These are also not consistant, because at times it will show the house consuption and that consuption is equal to the grid, with 27w from the PV, dispite its full sun and should be around 4.8KW
We dont know if there is actually a technical issue, is it a software problem. The data cannot be trusted
