Inverter pulling 300-400w constantly from grid.

We have the Sunsynk 5kw inverter installed with a 5kw Hubble battery and 3640W of solar.

I am monitoring the electricity input from the grid and we are using exactly the same amount of electricity in the house prior to installing the solar - on average about 300-400w, excluding peaks.

When I switch off the grid supply to the inverter the system works perfectly and we use under 10kwh most days and the panels generate enough to recharge the batteries and power our home.

As soon as the grid supply is switched on we start using more power again - 300-400w - and the system doesn't seem to channel the solar or battery power to the house.

I have had two different electricians confirm that the CT coil (1.5 metres from the inverter) is connected properly and is functional and the wiring is correct - the neutral is not shared. I've had the settings checked by Pegasus Systems through the Solarman app to ensure the settings are correct.

No one can identify problem or a solution.

Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem as the idea of the solar is to save power not consume the same.

I've added images of some of the settings and power flow - plus the same power registered by our Effergy meter (which is verified as correct by our electrician).
