Why is it pulling from the grid when battery is 100%
We have not done anything with the setting since it was set up by the installer in January... why is it pulling from the grid on a 100% battery and sufficient sun to the panels ?

Maria - is it doing that constantly, or just occasionally? On mine it seems to be normal to fluctuate above and below the grid trickle setting for short periods. I'm guessing that when the load changes, the grid is faster to react than the inverter (which has to change in response to these power fluctuations when it sees them). But if you look at the graphs of the history and this is a constant ongoing issue, that might indicate something else.
