Technical Support

A new battery was recently been fitted to the system by a distributor. After this fiiting I found when my battery discharges to 20% it gets grid charged to 21% and uses this stored energy and when it is used up it get grid charged again. On dull days like these days this cycle of discharge/grid charge is day in day out. See below. The distributor has instructed me to contact Sunsynk. I have done and it appears someone from the office writes every now and then. The Sunsynk support team are silent and do not send me any update There are 2 other problems too. I am old and of hard of hearing, so I cannot telephone. What can i do.
